How to change your Wiz keyword?
Your keyword is a crucial element for making your Wiz accessible to your participants. Each interactive platform has its own keyword that cannot be used on 2 platforms at a time. If you are using Wisembly as "freemium", you will not be able to change the keyword which is automatically generated and given to you each time you create a Wiz.
To change your keyword/address :
1 - Go on Configure > Settings > General
2 - Change the keyword in the corresponding field and don't forget to Save at the bottom of the page.
Note : do not forget to warn your participants that you have changed the keyword. Without any communication from your part they will not be able to access your Wiz because they will not be automatically notified of this change.
