Wisembly Visio collab :

If you have subscribed to the Wisembly Visio collab offer, it is necessary to whitelist all ips of wisembly subdomains (*.wisembly.com) on the following ports: 80 (TCP) and 443 (TCP) (as a bonus: 4443 (TCP) and 10000 (UDP)). Indeed, our visio solution instantiates virtual servers on-the-fly according to region and demand. If such a large whitelisting is not possible, please contact us so that we can provide you with all the domains and IPs used by the Visio service (but subject to change, in case of addition of resources on the Wisembly side...).

Note: It is strongly recommended to use UDP instead of TCP for better audio and video quality. For the best possible experience, we recommend opening UDP ports 1025 - 65535 on *.wisembly.com domains.

Feel free to contact Wisembly support for more information: support@wisembly.com.

In addition, for speakers only :
Allow websockets and webRTC protocols (compatible browsers required).

Note: It is strongly recommended to use UDP instead of TCP for better audio and video quality. For the best possible experience, we recommend opening UDP ports 1025 - 65535 on the *.tokbox.com and *.opentok.com domains.

You can communicate this link before your event to your speakers, so that they can test their entire configuration: https://www.wisembly.com/connectivity/index.html

This page will ensure, in addition to the above security parameters, that the speaker is able to authorize access to his camera and microphone, and that the data received from them are compatible with the quality requirements necessary for a good live performance.
