How to set up the Wisembly Landing page?

The Wisembly splash page is a web page that you can set up to welcome your participants and manage their registration.

You will also be able to pass on information about your meeting or event. 

Please note: if you want to set up a splash page, you will need to send the splash page link to your participants, not the Wisembly platform link.  You can find this link in the general configuration section of the Cover Sheet tab.

Another important point: the information entered in this section (date and time of your event) is automatically included in the emails sent from Wisembly (How does email management work?). That's why it's important to configure your splash page if you want to send emails from Wisembly.



1) Configure the landing page

Get in Landing section > activate the Landing page for my Wiz. 


Once you clicked on activate the Landing page for my Wiz, a new page will open with several options.

  • General

In general section, you can configure what you want to appear on your cover page :

  1. Event date
  2. Event stop
  3. Timezone
  4. A description or a message (event information, connection guide, welcome message...)
  5. Save


This information will be included in emails sent from your wiz.

  • Registration

The registration tab will allow you to make it mandatory for each participant to register to connect to the event. 

If you activate this option, the participant will have to enter his email address to participate. 

On the other hand, if your participants consult your front page from an email sent from your Wiz, this step will not be required.
Indeed, in each email, a unique link is attached to each participant, allowing them to be identified with their email address.

You will also have the possibility to activate options allowing you to have more information about the participants and to send them messages about the event.

2) Participant side 

If registration activate :

1- The participant will have to enter his email adress.


Please note: once registered, you will be able to set up reminder emails for your participants.

2-Join the event 

On D-Day, to join the event, the participant must click on  "join the event" button.
