The roles in Live event

In Wisembly there are, by default, 4 roles: creator, administrator, facilitator and participant (what is the purpose of the various roles).

Once Live event is activated, a fifth role is available: the Speaker. The speaker is a person who will have to speak without having to manage the animation of the wiz.

Summary of possible actions for each role in Live Event:

Once the button is activated, the recording begins. Once the recording is over the administrator will receive an email allowing him to download the record.

Please note that the recording cannot exceed 2 hours. Also note that records are stored encrypted at Wisembly for 15 days.

2) Facilitator Side

The facilitator will get an email (if the administrator have previously enabled notifications) to join the Live event. He will just have to click on Join + (name of the event) as you can see on the picture below.
